Exchange/Replacement and Returns
All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a copy of the sales order or invoice. Exchange is granted only if your item is Dead on Arrival (DOA). If the item does not work due to manufacture error, please send the item back for an exchange. Please verify that that item is available. In the event that an exchange is not available, full credit will be granted or product of similar or equal value will replace the original item. Returned items must be in the original condition it was sent, including the manual, unused item, cables, accessories, etc. Physical damage of returned product may invalidate the RMA at the discretion of RCTOYHOUSE.com. Any unauthorized modification or damage to the product will not be processed. Returns without authorized RMA will not be honored.
Original products will be tested. Defective item must be confirmed, all original items accounted for before replacement is sent.
Shipment
RCTOYHOUSE.com will ship out most items within 1-3 business days, except Pre-Order items. We use USPS, UPS, DHL, and FEDEX carriers.
Status and Delivery
Please do not email RCTOYHOUSE.com regarding status of your order. You may contact USPS, UPS, DHL, or FEDEX directly. Once we release your item for shipment, it is up to the mail carrier to delivery your order in a timely manner. We do not guarantee delivery dates and times; that is up to the carrier. We recommend that you purchase insurance for your item. RCTOYHOUSE.com will not be responsible for freight damages or shipment delays. |
